Sound fun to you? If you want to try it right away, then don’t worry because I’m here to explain where is Airdrop on iPhone and how to use it.
Where is AirDrop and how to turn it on iPhone
To activate AirDrop, you can access it through the Control Center on your iPhone device. For more details, you can follow the steps below:
- Open the Control Center on your iPhone (If you are using an older iPhone, you can open it by swiping up from the bottom of your screen. For iPhone X and above, swipe from the top-right corner of your screen).
- Then, tap and long-press the WiFi icon.
- After that, just tap on “AirDrop” to activate it.
- You can then choose who can send files to your iPhone device. Whether it’s contact only, or for everyone.
How Does it Work?
Before using AirDrop, you need to activate your Bluetooth connection and your WiFi network, both the sender and the receiver. Because Airdrop itself requires both of these networks to work. The maximum AirDrop transfer distance limit is approximately 30 feet or 10 meters.
