Sometimes when you are chatting with your friends via iMessage on your iPhone and then your friends are sending audio messages, maybe some of you are wondering: “where do my saved audio messages go?”.
Not without reason. Apple itself gives iPhone users the freedom to save the audio message, but the location of where the audio message is stored sometimes causes confusion for many people. So, where do they actually go?
Unfortunately, Apple still hasn’t said anything about the actual location of this audio message. This is a problem for those who want to use the audio for external purposes. However, there is one special trick that can be done to actually “save” the audio message. If you want to do it, then you must follow the following steps:
- When you want to save the audio message, do not select “Save.” Instead, select “Copy”.
- Now, switch to the “Notes” app.
- There, you can long-press on empty field to trigger the clipboard, and then tap on “Paste”.
- Congratulations, your audio message has been completely saved and can be accessed anytime!
